Gemini Event Planning offers a straightforward contract that includes all the services you wish to incorporate. The contract does not highlight the exclusions, but rather spells out exactly what you are hiring Gemini to do on your behalf. A signed contract and 50% deposit is retained to save the date and then the fun begins!
